At the age of 57 and going through the menopause was looking for therapy to help with the symptoms and the the weight gain around my middle.
I’ve had two sessions so far and I can honestly say it has helped enormously. I feel refreshed and I can diff see the difference in my water retention.
I always get great advice about changing my eating and drinking habits due to the menopause.
And the best thing I sleep much better after the lymphatic drainage massage
