I had last year massages in renowed centers in Thailand and before that, several in the UK and abroad and I can say that Rute was probably the best and more efficatious massage I ever had. Working mainly at a desk I suffer from chronic stifnessand pain on my shoulders and neck, lately causing me strong headaches and insominia. Rute found all my tension points and I felt she took away years of accumulated tension. I slept as a baby that night. Recommended 100%.

First time having a Gua Sha Treatment and really like it. My skin was smoother and my legs were much lighter after the treatment. I am now booking a round of 5 sessions, really pleased and very happy Rute's clinic is so central in Bracknell.
