the facial description online didnt mention micro-needling so i was not prepared for the treatment. i am happy with how it went but maybe its better if the description is more detailed about the procedure. i assumed it was a regular facial. i also had to go away and look up the aftercare eg dont wear make up or use certain products, dont exercise etc so some more detail on the website or verbal info from therapist afterwards may be useful.

Friendly and helpful staff, facial was relaxing and the salon is really pretty and clean. Would recommend!

A great new salon which is beautifully presented and clean. Sherife was very careful and thorough with the Hollywood wax and tried to reduce it being painful. Will definitely be going again.

I specifically called to ask if the reflexologist is qualified and course, they said yes. But on the day the therapist didn't have a scooby and was properly winging it,just not very well. I had to use Google translate to communicate with to her. I also wasn't impressed with her using rubber gloves and constantly checking her phone, even took a call. However, I could tell from the experience that the therapist is skilled at massage therapy. I just wish the salon had been honest from the start.
