The technician didn’t clean my eye area before starting. Didn’t check I I had anything on my lashes. Actually didn't say a word! She made no attempt to get the underside of my lashes which is what people see. Only the backs of the lashes were covered.
Complete waste of time and money. Doesn’t look any different from before.
