Everyone was friendly and welcoming, lovely hair wash. Didn't take much time to listen to what I wanted, only asked what I wanted once my hair had already been washed. Asked for curtain bangs and got cut a very long block fringe. Pointed out that it was uneven on each side and it was ammended but is still uneven. I've styled it out and the rest of the haircut was great, my hair feels much better now.
