I booked with Cihan (as she does an amazing curly blow-dry that lasts for days) but a man did my hair instead. When I asked to change, I was met with hostility. The man continued to do my hair despite my request. Although it looked okay at first, the curls fell out instantly, leaving my hair straight. I don't think it's good service to not get the stylist you specifically booked.
