Had to wait more than 25 minutes after booking time even though salon was completely empty before stylist was ready. Then manager was very extremely patronising and pushy about upselling to a Restyle and talked over me when I was trying to explain what I wanted and mistranslated to the stylist in another language. Ended up having to pay double for a style I hadn't asked for or agreed to. Very poor service - all they care about is how they can get more money from you!! The worst haircut I've had.

Doğan really listened to me and gave good advice. You can tell that he had a lot of experienced and I felt like I was in good hands. Would recommend and go again!
