Overall, my visit to Wellness City in Ellesmere Port was extremely pleasant. I felt relaxed and welcomed upon arrival, and the atmosphere was highly professional as the receptionist took my name and offered me a seat and a beverage whilst I waited for my appointment time. There was no awkwardness as the charasmatic lady at the desk kept the conversation going whilst I took in the tranquil and calming environment, which in turn made my treatment even more enjoyable. The highly experienced therapist went above and beyond my expectations of the treatments received. As a result of this, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon for holistic and beauty treatments.
Wife turned up for appointment and was told no appointments after booking and being sent conformation on morning of booking had to be rescheduled to a week later appointments shouldn't be given if not available
