This was my first time at the salon, though I have been elsewhere for beauty treatments. Though the waxing experience achieved the overall outcome desired and Ilona was lovely, there were a couple of ways the experience could’ve been enhanced further: not using bright white ceiling spotlights (not relaxing); having had eyebrows done, showing me what they look like at the end and asking me if I’m happy with them; and lastly not wearing bracelets that can be felt when having eyebrow done.
