It was my first visit. The therapist was unfriendly and didnt say anything or ask any questions before the treatment. She just pointed me to the room and didnt say a word, not even confirming my treatment. There was no communication throughout the whole treatment. Also not when she walked away for 5-10min after she put something on my face. It was not welcoming and it was an unpleasent experience. Not planning to return.

Olga really is an exceptional nail technician. I had a new type of gel nail manicure just before going away on holiday - it is called something like "cat's eye" and the colour changes from pink to green depending on the light. It is amazing. I had complete stranger in the airport commenting on it favourably and all my friends are full of compliments.
