The therapist arrived 20 mins late due to the Tube Strike, and then told me that the nail technician who was going to be giving me a manicure was in hospital and so I would not be able to have this part of the treatment I had paid for. I was surprised, and she said she had phoned to warn me but no one had answered (leaving a mesage would have been a good idea).
However, I have to say that Olga is an excellent facialist and although upset about her friend being in hospital, she did give me a lovely facial, with a peel, a massage and mask, and moisturiser. She also gave me an arm and hand massage which was super. The room was white, clean, and functional, the music kept going wrong, and you can hear traffic outside continuously, but overall this was a great facial. Olga offered for me to come back the next day and have a back and neck massage instead of the gel nails manicure, but I don't live nearby so that wasn't going to work for me. At the present time, I can phone and come back for the nails part of the booking in a few weeks when the nail lady is out of hospital !

Waxing is never the most enjoyable or relaxing experience but I found this to be almost pain free due to good product and technique. For any of my friends who are put off by waxing due to the pain factor I would defiantly recommend coming here as it's the best wax I have experienced.

Amazing! Body exfoliation was nice and relaxing but rough enough to really get a good deep scrub! Then the tanning was great! Professional :-)

The woman was extremely lovely, the wax quick and not that painful, but the finish wasn't completely smooth hence the four stars not five..
