Overall at payment , I was asked to pay over £25 pounds over treatment. It was lies about if you don’t pay online you can’t get the treat well discount . The young girl was very brash and I was told I hadn’t booked for colour on nails ect . I went back to my car and looked over my treatwell booking and saw It was all accepted to my at venue and in fact my manicure should have been for longer . I went back and was given £25 back in cash . Extremely uncomfortable situation .

This was my first time at the salon, though I have been elsewhere for beauty treatments.
Though the waxing experience achieved the overall outcome desired and Ilona was lovely, there were a couple of ways the experience could’ve been enhanced further: not using bright white ceiling spotlights (not relaxing); having had eyebrows done, showing me what they look like at the end and asking me if I’m happy with them; and lastly not wearing bracelets that can be felt when having eyebrow done.
