just be aware if you are visiting after 6pm, make sure to call up to get you in to the building. other than that, you will love the time being there...

I booked in for a long overdue sports massage. Helen did a thorough analysis, before starting. She expertly treated my existing issues and pin pointed new things that needed to be addressed. She took her time and was very thorough, all the while making me feel completely at ease. My body felt so much better afterwards. Will definitely be booking regular appointments with her.

was overall expensive for what it was I don't feel it was worth the high price no different to any other massage that costs £25.00 to £35.00 they charge a high price. There was alot of background noise and masseuse didn't really seem as experienced as they claim in the description no specialist knowledge in particular that would warrant £50.00 about their bussiness. The room was cold and the music wad annoying and distracting. I probabaly wouldn't visit again as can find a more local bussiness cheaper elsewhere.
