I am a fully qualified iTEC Swedish, Deep Tissue & Pregnancy massage therapist. I set up Wellness Within 3 years ago and my main aim is to create a calming space where women can come to switch off from their daily stresses and enjoy a variety of massage and beauty treatments - ultimately making you leave lighter, relaxed and happier. All massages are female focused and tailor made to your needs, be it focusing on areas of tension or needing time to slow down and unwind.

Another area of my business which I’m incredibly passionate about is adapting massage for people receiving cancer care. When my mum had cancer she would be turned away from spas for massage treatments which always frustrated me. Back in 2022 I trained at The Christie School of Oncology in Adapting Massage for Cancer and Hospice patients. This particular massage uses light touch and slow, steady movements, working with the central nervous system to help the body relax. I’m fully insured to provide this type of massage so if there is anyone you know who needs that extra support when going through such a tough time please reach out and we can discuss further.

I also specialise in beauty treatments - Nouveau LVL lash lift and HD BrowSculpt which are treatments that enhance your natural lashes and brows. I love seeing my clients leave feeling and looking more confident.

I’m home based and my treatment room is a wood cabin nestled away at the end of the garden which feels like a little sanctuary where you can truly relax 🌿
