I have not been removed the black heads, I have told the girl and she said she did, she did not!
She used the tool like a gentle breeze and that’s it! My face was still full of black head and I am really upset as I paid also childcare to be able to o have time for my self.
This facial for me was 35£ wasted and I’m really angry

Went for a 60-minute deep tissue massage. Half way through the therapist was changed without my notice - she then proceeded to rub cream on my back for 10 minutes after which point I explained I’d like the first person back and would need deep tissue not just to be moisturised.
The worst massage I’ve ever received!! Avoid!!!
