My experience was disappointing. Despite having time left on my appointment, I was denied the option to upgrade to gel, as they claimed online bookings aren’t considered. As a result, the technician only trimmed and applied regular polish, something I could have done better myself. She appeared double-booked, moving between painting my toes and performing a full-body wax for the client next door, which felt unhygienic. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and the overall service was poor.

The lady that did my pedicure denied me of the chance to upgrade to gel polish with a simple no to my question. There was no atmosphere as there was no music on. Pedicure area just seemed dirty and unhygienic. I felt very unwanted there. I won't be returning.
