The room was cold so I was cold the entire massage.
The therapist initially started in a leather jacket then after took it off. The massage wasn’t great it and felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. They were playing music but it got regularly interrupted by loud ads that played in entirety throughout. The massage therapist’s phone rang and then she asked me if she could answer it!! Also her hair wasn’t tied up so was hanging onto my face. The whole experience was unprofessional and poor
