Naina did my waxing and she was really great!! The room was nice and clean and had good music playing. I really liked how it had a mini sink to wash hands as well. Naina made me feel really comfortable and she was wonderful to talk to and asked me to double check if the waxing was okay to make sure I liked it.

Is not the first time using waxing service and again disappointed. Had Hollywood Wax before but 3/4 of areas full of hair. Paid for full legs wax and of course have parts full of hair , my skin got irritated and wax very hot when applied. Really rash to complete my session. Will never use the services again there.
