Hi staff were friendly, the room was a little untidy and the towels/ coverings were a little shabby. The floor needed swept, it did leave me wondering about the standards of hygiene. I was not asked to complete a health questionnaire before the treatment. In saying all that the treatment was good and a very reasonable price.

The lady kept saying that the outlet closes at 5, which was not true. She rushed my deluxe pedicure and my mini manicure. Both things altogether only took about 30/40 mins. My nails look absolutely rubbish, I could of done better!! Paid £38 in total and was not work it at all!!

Beautician was unsure of herself and seemed clueless throughout my session - I left with very bad red marks on my face and eyebrows (my skin had been burnt + been stripped off) from the poor waxing job she did that will probably scar. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
