Good manicure and they even squeezed in an underarm wax!

There was only 1 lady there and she was over booked. I paid £30 For a pedicure which was supposed to last 1hr. The lady only did my nails and creamed my legs for just 20mins. She told told me she has another appointment. So basically it felt like I wasn’t important

Management need to sort out their online booking system. We arrived and were told that one of us couldn't have our appointment, despite having booked online. Good thing we hadn't already paid! Not fair on customers or staff. Staff are clearly overworked. My beautician was nice but the work was poor - messy nails and not shaped properly at all. She was clearly in a rush. I won't be visiting again.
