I’ve been going to BB from the day 1 & this was the 2nd time that I couldn’t get the her for my service. Honestly after calling in multiple times when I finally heard that Roshni is available, I went ahead & visited the salon. She is experienced & skilled which can be experienced & seen in the way she handles the customers. If I do not get my service from here,I would just change the salon entirely rather than getting serviced by anyone else. The owner should try to seek feedback in-person

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Feet wasn’t scrubbed properly, my feet were cut and have left my feet really sore! It honestly looks like a 5 year old had painted them. Would not recommend

Really didn’t like this place at all .
Went for a facial and manicure Facial room was dirty and room not cleaned in between customers Was pressured into purchasing multiple things I didn’t want The staff were borderline homophobic In fact - it was even freezing cold and the heaters that were on made so much noise it really interrupted the experience . I also now have horrible marks on my face from having metal dragged across my cheeks for “blackheads “
