Lovely experience, however I was a bit surprised when I went to have a Shellac redo and was charged the full take off price as well as the price for a new set of Shellac. Surely the take off price should be reduced significantly if a client re does their nails at the same time.

Booked for hot wax - arrived on time. The therapist was on the phone to her bank. Made me wait 10 minutes. The. Turned around and said i have to wait another 30 mins for hot wax to be warm. Ended up having strip wax. Paid for HOT WAX only had full arms but paid for full arms and underarms! Not happy.
