The therapist (although friendly) was not attentive during the removal and so began to paint the new shellac in top of the old and it was very noticeable as she didn't go to the edges of the nail. When I pointed this out she buffed down the new layer and then put more shellac on which has left me with a build up in the edges of my nails and lots of air bubbles. As I had already mentioned the first problem I was too embarrassed to tell her again as clearly she was inexperienced (hopefully otherwise she just didn't care) so I paid and left. I went to another salon to have it removed after as I was unhappy with the result. It's a shame as they did my eyebrows too which was done very well.
