Went for a facial and manicure Facial room was dirty and room not cleaned in between customers Was pressured into purchasing multiple things I didn’t want The staff were borderline homophobic

The staff are nice. However the paper now used for the bed is short in length so it’s not covering the towel and I feel that should be on for hygiene purposes.

Was very quiet in the salon which was nice,especially during the rush of Christmas.
I just had a basic manicure with a very nice hand massage and scrub. Friendly staff however salon could do with brightening up to make it look more welcoming.
