Very pleasant relaxing place with friendly helpful staff. I had the express facial which was really nice and left my skin soft and glowing and also had my eyebrows done which I’m really pleased with. Would definitely recommend this place, and if I’m in the area again I will return here.

Not good!! The receptionist made me leave to go and get cash (which I did not know beforehand) she told me I needed to run to the cash machine and make it quick as she wanted to go home. They then made me pay before I went in to the room and then tried not to give me my £5 change. When they finished my wax and when the beautician usually leaves the room, the lady awkwardly stayed and I had to change in front of her, very weird. When I got home I realised they didn’t do my wax properly and half of the hair was still there. Not the best experience, I personally would not recommend.
