Not good!! The receptionist made me leave to go and get cash (which I did not know beforehand) she told me I needed to run to the cash machine and make it quick as she wanted to go home. They then made me pay before I went in to the room and then tried not to give me my £5 change. When they finished my wax and when the beautician usually leaves the room, the lady awkwardly stayed and I had to change in front of her, very weird. When I got home I realised they didn’t do my wax properly and half of the hair was still there. Not the best experience, I personally would not recommend.
