Can’t complain about the service, only thing I would suggest is that when staff communicate with each other not to use their native language where possiable In front of clients.

I walked in and was shown the room and given no instruction or given anywhere to hang my things. There was no pillow. The facial started and the therapist slapped on products and put it ON my eyes (including the exfoliator), lips and in my ear. Nothing was wiped off properly and she used a filthy flannel to do it. After the mask there was no cream or real clean up. She wipes it off nd said its done. And didnt leave the room whilst I got ready. I still had all sorts of product on me from wherethe therapist didnt clean it properly. I had to quickly wash my face and neck in the bathroom.
My skin felt parched and not clean or plump like it usually does after facials.
