Whilst the experience won’t be luxurious or especially pampering, the staff are quite friendly and the place is clean, although it can feel slightly cramped. The actual treatments/services are well worth the money though.

The treatment was good. However, the salon can improve on certain things like offering somewhere to hang your coat as I had to put mine on the floor. I was asked about what colour I wanted but not anything about shape. Overall it was good for the value, but there are small things that they could improve on.
