Having only visited better known brands (cowshed, champneys, spa hotels) was a little taken aback by the lack of seating on arrival (other than treatment chairs), lots of labelled tupperware containers and a member of staff warming her lunch up in the microwave in the front room of the salon, didn't create a great first impression.
However the treatment I had i was very pleased with and the beautician knowledgable , just feel that maybe work needs to be done to look at overall customer experience, and creating a relaxing atmosphere to justify higher brand prices
Even though I received a confirmation email after booking, they had no confirmed my booking and failed to contact me about it. I got to the salon only to be told they are unable to treat me and it was a wasted trip. Quite angry as the member off staff was very rude and did not care that I had traveled to the salon knowing full well she had cancelled the booking. Refused to take responsibility and kept saying it's not my fault and was not at all remorseful.
Got a bikini wax & pedicure- staff were really unfriendly & did not talk . Wax was okay however pedicure looked like i had done it myself . They overcharged as boyfriend only cut and filed toenails yet paid full price . Nails were not even cut properly . Wont go again
