Good facial. Staff member polite & skilled.
Room a bit cold & could hear people from salon so some relaxing music would have been nice

I booked for a Bhavi's Beauty Signature Facial which was meant to be 1 hour, the lady finished me 40 minutes later, when I went to pay I mentioned it was only 40mins rather than 60mins and the lady said that my beautician was new and had only worked there for 2 weeks, I feel if training was done it should always be checked what facial you are about to do as you would need the specific products and also know how long you will be doing the facial for. Other than that facial was quite relaxing and my skin was quite clear next day.
Classic Facials
Felt a little bit uncomfortable with the stares when doing my pedicure, manicure didn't last very long. But overall, an okay experience - the massage chair was nice.
