It was good, however, the wax was way too hot and when I told her it was hot she kept saying but it's off and continued to put it on my back which was quite uncomfortable.

Having only visited better known brands (cowshed, champneys, spa hotels) was a little taken aback by the lack of seating on arrival (other than treatment chairs), lots of labelled tupperware containers and a member of staff warming her lunch up in the microwave in the front room of the salon, didn't create a great first impression.
However the treatment I had i was very pleased with and the beautician knowledgable , just feel that maybe work needs to be done to look at overall customer experience, and creating a relaxing atmosphere to justify higher brand prices
