Had a great wax from the beautician, really thorough and I was very pleased with the end result.
The shop management however really damages the whole experience. My beautician was the only person in the shop and had to answer the phone and leave the room for customers walking through the door. The phone was ringing constantly and I was frustrated with the management expecting one person to do all of that work.
I hope they rectify this as I did think the wax was amazing but their lack of resources did effect my ability to relax.
When I first came in to book they kept changing the days and speaking in their own language (that's rude)saying they were fully booked when I could see on the screen they weren't it's like none of them wanted to do it, the day I came in for my massage it felt like she was rushing it ,didn't know what she was doing it was like just rubbing in the oil there was no pressure to the massage at all , plus she had a cold and sniffing not relaxing!this was a birthday present from a friend it was such a waste of money i was truly disappointed I will not recommend this salon.
This was the first time I have been to Bhavi Beauty in Wembley, it was a great experience. Will be going back. Staff member was very friendly. Pedicure was relaxing and great value for money.
The experience itself was so-so because my treatment was to remove black heads from my back but the therapist left some visible ones that even I could see even if they were in my back....so!! Also staff seems to be always in hurry and don't speak/understand english properly so they can't answer to certain questions. Cleaningness is not a top priority as well. They put the bucket of warm water on the floor...( that one used to put the little towel on my back)I didn't find it very hygienic. Also the girl didn't use the plastic gloves, but considering that is a massage, maybe she doesn't have to. So this is my experience, sorry to say so, but this is what I would say to a friend. I don't know if I would recommend it or not.
