The salon had lots of flexible bookings for the following day (which is very rare), and the manicure was genuine CND Shellac as advertised, with a beautiful range of colours to choose from! The beautician used all CND products, and took genuine care when painting my nails.
That being said, after 4 days one of my shellac has chipped. I am no longer in the area so cannot get it fixed, so I am unsure how the situation would be handled.
Overall, a lovely salon, with friendly staff and a 5 minute walk from the Wembley Park Tube station.

I came this morning to get a full legs wax and bikini line, the lady she attend me was very nice, apart from this, very professional and quick. Painless and clean. I really recommend this Salon, I am a Spa Coordinator/therapist from 5 star Spa and really i can say the service you have at Bhavi Beauty is very good. Also it is not very expensive and it is worthy it! thanks ! Giovanna
Callus peel was a very pleasant experience, I will definitely be having this again, at this venue.
I had a deep cleansing facial which was great. Both treatments were extremely relaxing... very nearly fell asleep! I left feeling rejuvenated!

Had a great wax from the beautician, really thorough and I was very pleased with the end result.
The shop management however really damages the whole experience. My beautician was the only person in the shop and had to answer the phone and leave the room for customers walking through the door. The phone was ringing constantly and I was frustrated with the management expecting one person to do all of that work.
I hope they rectify this as I did think the wax was amazing but their lack of resources did effect my ability to relax.

When I first came in to book they kept changing the days and speaking in their own language (that's rude)saying they were fully booked when I could see on the screen they weren't it's like none of them wanted to do it, the day I came in for my massage it felt like she was rushing it ,didn't know what she was doing it was like just rubbing in the oil there was no pressure to the massage at all , plus she had a cold and sniffing not relaxing!this was a birthday present from a friend it was such a waste of money i was truly disappointed I will not recommend this salon.
