Very bad cut, blocky and uneven and the colour was patchy with bits missed Also told other clients coming in they didn’t have to wear a mask which is concerning

1. Hair was cut dry and then cut wet? 2. Used a razor instead of sizers 3. Refused to give me the haircut I actually wanted 4. Zero chat or hospitality
