Worst hair experience I’ve ever had. Went in for balayage and left with yellow brassy hairy that looked like it hadn’t been touched by a toner. Currently raising a complaint with the salon and treatwell

Haircut was nice and the staff were very friendly. I did however get charged a £10 supplement and I am not sure why, as I had already paid the relevant treatment for my hair length (medium hair £25). Overall not great value for money considering the total cost.
