All staff were very welcoming the minute I stepped through the door and was taken straight away by Ania! Ania is very talented, when I started to ask for what I wanted, it was like she knew already and left a very happy customer 🤩

Lovely staff, very friendly. However I did get taken late for my appointment and was left to just wait multiple times during my appointment to take care of other customers. I think they would benefit to having a apprentice or junior hairdresser to help out.
