The people in the salon are really lovely and we had a good chat so I don't take writing this review lightly, but it really was the worst haircut I have ever had and I only fully realised it when I got home. We agreed on the length to be cut but parts of my hair are now at least 10cm shorter than agreed, and the layers are incredibly choppy. My hair, even without any styling is a little wavy and bouncy and somehow it looked completely flat, 100% straight and lifeless after the appointment.
