I had booked 1 hour (wash, cut, blow dry), she did everything in 25 minutes. She did not use any mousse. The cut was bad. It seemed she has some kind of terrible skin disease in her hands so it was unpleasant that she touched my head. Never again this person.
I had double booked because on my web problem and wanted to check whether I had also double paid; she did not help me to do it.
