It was my first time in this salon, and I am very happy about my choice. Firstly, they had the common sense of calling me before my appointment to say they were a bit late, to avoid me getting there and having to wait for a long time. I appreciated that. Overall experience: I could not be more satisifed - Jenny really listened to what I wanted, and gave me really great advice on haircare. She made me feel welcomed, and final result was exactly what I asked for, and a little more! Will go back!
