The gel manicure is fantastic, it’s very beautiful and has lasted for so long. My only issue was that staff were shouting across the room at each other (non-aggressive) but were swearing which felt a bit uncomfortable. They didn’t really speak to clients just to each other.

The nail lady was distracted & kept looking at the clock uneasy throughout the entire hour. My nail shape was not what I asked for. Additionally the nail lady cut my finger twice, without apologising. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back again.
