Managed to book on the day, but despite saying a couple of times “don’t go in too deep” with the cuticle cutters at the side of my toes, the therapist nipped the side of my right big toe and drew blood. She also cut the corners of my big toenails rather than straight across. The toenail that was nipped had to be repainted so did sting when the nail polish remover was used to take the first bubbled layer off.
Another member of staff was very apologetic and offered a free manicure by her, but I probably won’t return. Even though it was clearly an accident money off would have been more appropriate.
