Very professional and clean salon. Got offered a cup of tea, biscuits and water while they did my hair. Everyone was very friendly. Happy with my hair treatment. Can't fault them, will be going again

The ladies were nice. I had trouble communicating with my hairdressing and I think that's why I've ended up with a less than ideal cut. I wanted a trim to length and a trim to my long layers. I now have a very blunt cut and short layers, quite far from my usual flowing mane. C' est la vie it'll grow, it's not the worst cut ever.

I have tricky (curly/wavy and frizzy) hair, but West Lane Studio did a really nice job. The stylist was able to give me a cut that's easy to style and maintain, and looks good with my natural curl pattern. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, which was nice too.
