I had an incredible experience at West one as I usually do! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, and Monica is incredibly friendly and attentive. Monica always listens to what I want however I don't really have to explain myself as she knows my hair better than myself.
My balayage results are just spot on, it is a very long process but so worth it.
