The staff at West One Myb were very friendly, and the premises clean and sanitary. However, I felt that because the treatment had been booked via treatwell, there was a lack of 'experience.' The salon website states the procedure as one thing, however, no consultation was given prior to the treatment and I felt almost rushed (the allocated time given for the service is 20 minutes, but I was finished in 10). So great staff and lovely salon, but I did not feel as though the service lived up to London salon standards.

I have been going to West One MYB for all of my waxing needs for years, the service is great and Klarese always makes me feel welcome and at ease. P.s. Love the new decor!
I had a dermabrasion appointment with Klarese who was excellent. Very professional and very relaxing treatment, just what was needed after a hard week at work. Couldn’t recommend enough.
