I’ve been coming to west star nails for years now, well before the pandemic. I’ve always enjoyed coming with good value for money especially as it’s a salon local to where I live. However this time around the service wasn’t great. Not only was the salon 30 mins late but the nail technician buffed my foot far too much and my foot was cut and bleeding. My nail paint didn’t last, cracked within days and now I have wonky/chipped nails 1.5 months weeks after the appointment.
