I was really disappointed today. I waited 35 minutes after the appt time. Staff didn’t seem concerned about it which ok fine but then the nail tech was so impatient & huffy w/me. I was looking for a colour & saw 2 that weren’t quite right but she took them & said to have one of them impatiently. I asked to see them on my nail-she seemed so annoyed w/ it. I asked for glitter-she was huffy-I said don’t worry as just wanted to go as not an enjoyable experience-she added it-paint not close to ends
