I’m disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I had a booked appointment but was left waiting for more than 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I wasn’t the only one—there were several other customers in the same situation, which made the place feel disorganized and overcrowded. It’s frustrating to set aside time for an appointment only to have it disregarded. I hope the salon improves its scheduling and respects clients’ time.

Pari is great, she is amazing is benn 4 years I visit west stars just for her . She is extremely friendly and my eyebrows look perfect.
