I asked for a nail design and the technician said she could do it but unfortunately it wasn’t very neat and the colours were patchy. I told her it didn’t look like the picture but communication wasn’t great, definitely a language barrier. I asked her to redo them with a full colour paint and even this was patchy and the previous colours hadn’t been removed properly. I had to pay extra, even though it wasn’t my fault. Not really happy with the service and need my nails redone.
