Nails chipped in less than a day. Went back the next day but the ‘fix’ wasn’t good. Less than a week and they’re ruined. Not only that but the most expensive place in west Ealing/Ealing as local salons charge £25

The atmosphere was fine. My mum said the pedicure wasn't great, as it lasted for 15-20 minutes, her feet weren't scrubbed properly and she was not happy at all.
I am disappointed. My sister has done her nails before but this wasn't a pedicure, she did acrylics and it looked amazing, but in terms of cleaning feet, it wasn't good.

Was given shellac with an undercoat of what I was told was gel. I complained and said that I was paying for UV Gel not shellac but got told that I had UV Gel. It wasn’t as I have uv gel done all the time elsewhere. The colour is a good cm away from the nail bed so it will look like its grown out very quickly. When I picked my colour the technician and a colleague talked about it in their language and started laughing which made me feel uncomfortable. I will never go back to West Star Nails.
