Friendly enough lady who did both my acrylics and pedicure but she was quite rough. Both were a bit more painful than I'm used to at my usual nail shop. My nails were not a uniform shape and the excess under my nails was not removed. They look ok but not if you look closely.

My nails are nice, a few of them are a little uneven, but as it was so affordable I don’t mind that too much. Sadly three of my fingers were cut during the filing, one of which was quite deep which is why I’ve had to give a lower rating.

When I arrive Rachel was busy with another client. When I told at the entrance I booked appoitment with Rachel she didn't intoduce herself. She just asked me to seat,and sent some guy to me, who was about to start doing my nails. When I asked him if he is a R.? cause I booked with her,he start to talk with her in chinese. Then he asked me to wait a bit. Which was more then 20 minutes. She done my nails in rush. Being more attentive on another (regular) client, who arrived in the middle.
