Appalling service from West star nails staff, a lot of issues during the manicure, the gels were bent and had indents on them and the person doing them was very rude and demanding, felt really uncomfortable, would never go back there again. Tried to get it corrected but the staff just wouldn’t listen to anything and failed to correct it. Never gave a discount or anything. Really poor service and staff

The technician couldn’t do any of the designs I asked and pushed for me to have shellac, I said I’ll have shellac on my toes but normal polish on hands she put shellac on both. There was no shape to my nail extensions and the acrylic was uneven and the finish just looked like unshaped blobs. Was very disappointed as previous nail techs I’ve had there were brilliant. The technician was not Rachel as stated but someone who didn’t seem to know what she was doing

It was great to be back at the salon which looks gorgeous after its make over. As always friendly staff, very professional and I felt all the COVID restrictions were covered.
