Didn't ask for my name until after treatment was done, and 20 minutes late with no apology. I can see the colour of my removal underneath my new colour and have loads of gel paint on my fingers. I also have LOADS of dust underneath my nails.
Overall not a great experience, probably won't return.

West Stars Nails is really not an establishment where you book an appt and you are seen at this time. It is walk in service and first come first serve. That aside, I always enjoy getting my nails done here and the staff are super friendly

Experience was unpleasant, 30 mins late witt no sorry or explanation. Once I started to have my nails done the owner argued over me with my nail tech,shouting in my ear over a mistake she made on another customer was really unprofessional.
