Waiting time was longer than I would have liked however very quick when in the chair. Little chaotic, lacked attention to detail but overall I am happy.
I made an appointment online, I wasn't seen until 1hr after that time. I had a horrible experience with the staff really rough treatment and wanted to charge me £20 extra on top of what I already paid online for shellac that I didn't want in the first place!. She proceed to complain about the size of my nails beening small. (what the size of my nails got to do with the service I came in for. If its the long length, then I can understand) and was rushing to do my nails. Which can be seen in the outcome of my nails and toes. When I asked to speak to the owner as I was unhappy with results and prices. The absolutely RUDE staff cursing in there language, clearly so I couldn't understand nor defend myself.No customer care skills whatsoever. Currently my nails and cuticles are on fire burning me. I have to take antihistamines and cream as I have an allergic reaction to shellac. Which if the staff had listened she would have known that not what I wanted. I will never use this company again! FIRST AND LAST TIME! Pricing is different in shop to what's on treat well app. I'm highly disappointed and want a REFUND!!!. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. The worst experience I have ever had and I have been doing my nails for almost 30 years.
