I hate writing a bad review but this really was a disappointment. There was no consultation at all. No forms to fill. No discussions with the therapist, no questions on areas to focus on. If I had any injuries, pregnancy etc. The actual massage was ok but nothing that showed she was a professional. A friend could have done the same job. No consistency on what she was doing on each side of my body. Felt very unbalanced. Ontop of that there was drilling from outside, the heater was put on which created an annoying blowing noise in the room and the doorbell went. All in all not a relaxing experience at all. I felt there was no interest by the therapist and the place was totally unprofessional.
